The Montessori teacher, who Dr. Maria Montessori refers to as a “directress” and sometimes termed a “guide,” is responsible for a wide variety of tasks as she guides her students. We provide guided learning in a stimulating environment with a team of enthusiastic Montessori-trained teachers. Our teachers closely observe children to determine and meet their individual needs.

We have a diverse group of people on our staff. Some have Montessori education backgrounds, while others are taught here on campus to guarantee they adhere to the same pedagogical tenets. We operate as a flat organization, with everyone contributing in their areas of expertise and management, and instruction. To prove ourselves worthy of the child, we must first and foremost grow as individuals and as a team in our grasp of human nature.
